Hi, I'm Adrian.

I am a NASM certified personal trainer that specializes in:

  • Beginner general health and fitness
  • Beginner and Intermediate Mobility
  • Beginner and Intermediate Strength Training: Deadlift, Squat, Chest Press and more.
  • Healthy Eating Guidance
A little about my journey: I started out in a rough spot at 29. I felt tired, weak and uninspired. Over the next 10 years I invested in myself and turned my health around. I got into pretty great shape by going to and eventually teaching kickboxing classes. I faced many health challenges along the way. The main two were my excess bodyweight and joint pain. I learned a lot as I lost 40 lbs and discovered how to move pain free. I fell in love with the journey. I became certified and taught on a part time basis. At the ripe young age of 39 I made the switch from IT to a full time personal trainer.

 

I got a job at a local gym and went from part time to full time and eventually to leading a team of 20 trainers. 

When the pandemic hit I broke out on my own and started TrainWithAdrianTO.com and opened a 400 sq. ft. training studio in Artscape on Shaw.

In 2022 I opened Recess Fit Club with my wife. This family business allows me to continue offering personal training, but also allow me to offer strength training small group fitness classes.
